The Dynamo Football Bookclub is hosted by Alistair Bond and Johnny Coughlan. It started out of their shared interest in football (unsurprisingly) and the underappreciated literary efforts of those who make a living playing football.

Alistair is from Nottingham, supports Forest, and lives in Florida. His football knowledge, gained through years of Forest and England hardship, was sharpened further by his couple of years working at the Craig Bellamy Foundation Football School in Sierra Leone.

Johnny is from Ireland, supports Manchester United, and lives in France. He has no such training experience but did once do 121 keepie uppies.

Alistair and Johnny met in Cambodia.
